I've been coming to Precision Import for some time, I'm on my 4th car, now. Usually, when a woman drives in to a car repair shop, suddenly their prices go up, and they find those mysterious problems you didn't know you had. Precision is definitely not like that. I took my Miata in for it's 30,000 mile service yesterday. They did all the usual things on the list for that servicing, and checked everything else for any potential problems. The total bill was much less than the estimate. They go that extra mile, without adding charges. They are always professional and friendly. They are the BEST!!

Precision Auto was very friendly, fast and I felt like they truly cared. They even lended me a loaner car while my car was in the shop! I was thoroughly surprised and feel that my car came out better than when I brought it in. Well done Precision Import Auto!

Good and timely service...

Eric and his team at Precision are absolutely top-notch! I regularly bring my car in for general oil changes/tune-ups and have been with these guys for about 10 years. Whenever the "big" car fixes/appointments hit, I am never disappointed by Eric's integrity getting the job done thoroughly and at a fair, very reasonable price. I fully trust this team to do the job right. My most recent visit in, I was certain it was going to be the one that meant I had to decide between the value of fixing the car or looking into buying a new one--I shouldn't be surprised though that Precision managed to take care of everything quickly and at a MUCH lower price than I had been expecting, and thankfully I didn't have to make that decision just yet. Thanks Precision!
