So called inspection stated items like windshield wipers and interior cabin air filter needed to be replaced. If the technician had taken the time to look, he would have noticed that these items had been replaced a week ago. And to make matters worse, they charged me $150.00 for diagnostics. I told them not to proceed and that I would return to pick up my vehicle at which point she changed her story and told me that it was recommended. ( not what I was told over the phone). What ever happened to honesty and integrity? How can I believe or trust any recommendations from your shop? I will NOT be returning any of my vehicles to your shop.

The mechanics do a great job and they stand by their work. In this recent visit, they discovered that a part they had previously replaced started leaking oil. The part was covered under warranty, and they fixed the issue at no cost to me. I am grateful to be able to have my car serviced by this very capable and professional team.

Precision was just that…precise!! I needed to complete DEQ. I called them and no appointment was needed. They are friendly with a clean and comfy establishment. And they were fast!! I’ve used Precision for a couple of vehicles now and their service is great. Very thorough and they communicate their findings to me every time before work proceeds. Their prices are fair and most importantly I feel as though they are very trustworthy. I’ve had them work on a 2002 Subaru Forester and a 2013 Fiat 500. If you have an import that’s giving you problems, give Precision Import a call.
