So called inspection stated items like windshield wipers and interior cabin air filter needed to be replaced. If the technician had taken the time to look, he would have noticed that these items had been replaced a week ago. And to make matters worse, they charged me $150.00 for diagnostics. I told them not to proceed and that I would return to pick up my vehicle at which point she changed her story and told me that it was recommended. ( not what I was told over the phone). What ever happened to honesty and integrity? How can I believe or trust any recommendations from your shop? I will NOT be returning any of my vehicles to your shop.
