I finally have a shop I can trust.

Always get good service with Precision Import Repair, have been using them for several years now, they haven't steered me wrong yet.

I had expensive repairs (including catalytic converter, 120K service and coolant flush with replacement hoses) so $3K kinda smarts. One hose wasn't tightened properly so I had to return for a second fix (which was very inconvenient). If I had been on my way out if town the problem would have likely doomed my car. PIR made it right though so that's a plus. I'll move to 4 stars if I don't have related problems down the road.

I have used Precision Import Repair to maintain/repair my 1998 Camry since 5 years ago, and I am glad that they are a trustworthy car repair shop. Their qualification: #1, doesn't push any unnecessary service on either female customer, male customer, or aged customer, #2. the staff are very courteous and helpful, and explain the work needed and give advise on things. I would keep using them to maintain/repair my car in the future.

Always the best and willing to teach me about my vehicle. Won't go anywhere else!
