Pleased with the pleasantness of Nathan every time I came in with an elusive "check engine" light problem. Felt you helped me figure it out with as little expense as possible and that you cared. ppreicated the "loaner" shop car and that you called when I left my favorite mug in it.

I came in to have my brakes checked because something felt a little off. However, the scheduler had put me down for an oil change too. I didn't realize the oil had been changed until he wanted to charge me for it. When I explained that I didn't request an oil change, he voided the transaction. So, maybe a bit more careful in the scheduling? Also, noticed that the oil change computer had not been reset after the oil was changed and still showed 80% oil life remaining. Otherwise, I like your new garage, the waiting room is really nice.
