Eric is always polite and up front about any problems regarding parts, repair time, and cost. Eric is very prompt when communicating any delays or unforseen complications that sometimes arise. I have never regretted having Precision work on my family's vehicles and often recommend them to friends.

They do very good work and it is finished in the time they tell you it will be done. They are good about calling if they find something else that needs attention.

estimates are always really close to final price. work is top quality. if anything comes up that wasn't discussed as far as a repair, i was always contacted first to okay the extra work. very trustworthy and straight forward.
