Precision Import Repair
I've been taking my truck to Precision Import Repair since about 2010 after multiple bad experiences with the dealership. They are incredibly honest, do great work, and back up their work with a guarantee. They tell me when I don't need something done - they've told me not to worry about a noise my car was making but said to come in if it got worse. It never got worse and my car runs great to this day. They don't add extra services to pad their bottom line - no "power" flushes or "power" cleans.They take the time to listen to you instead of rushing you through and are very polite. They pause when you talk and don't talk over you.The thing I love the best is their shuttle car. Unlike dealerships that use new cars, their shuttle is an old Subaru that they rebuilt. It gives me confidence that if they can keep an old car running, they should be able to keep my car going.
