My 2004 Toyota Corolla, engine light was on. Eric diagnosed the cause just in a couple minutes, and Taylor kindly showed me the fill cap was old & the plastic tether was falling off. Due to the old tether was installed back incorrectly, therefore engine light was on. Thanks for replacing a new plastic tether, I won't have the same problem until my 2004 Toyota Corolla retired :-)

I knew there were problems with the brakes on my wife's 2013 VW Passat. The steering wheel would shake considerably when applying brakes at medium speeds. At low speed the brakes would squeal terribly. However, both the dealership and the VW specialty shop said they could find nothing wrong. Thankfully I called Precision Import Repair. Eric listened to me describe the issue, and was able to tell me over the phone what could be causing the problem. I scheduled an appointment, and after inspection he found warped rotors and non-OEM brake pads front and back. Now that those have been replaced, the car brakes like a dream.
