I’m certain there are not enough words to express how impressed by the level of professionalism and kindness I experienced from this crew. I brought my 07 BMW in for a few minor issues. Very early on the team identified some serious and expensive repairs that needed to be done. They were incredibly transparent with me about the best way to move forward given my budget and plans for the car and exceeded all of my expectations. Although we were not able to fully get the car in the condition we hoped for, they were able to accomplish what I needed. I wouldn’t think twice about working with them in the future or recommending them to my friends and family. Thanks again for your patience, effort and understanding.

My oil change appointment was fast and easy and they even added the coupon that I had forgotten about. Then they brought me back into their shop and personally showed me the extensive amount of rust on the underside of the Prius, which the Toyota dealership in Massachusetts never bothered to do, or even mention!

I've taken my Mecedes in before and they did an awesome job with it- so much so that I took my 57' Chevy Pickup in for work. After going through it and meticulously noting everthing that was wrong with it, they determined that they were probably not the shop to work on such an old vehicle. I'll continue to take my newer Mercedes there and recommend them to anyone that wants trustworthy and reliable service!
