Very pleasant repair experience. Eric was very easy to work with and his explanation about the parts was spot on. Although the bill was a tad more than what he quoted on the phone it was close enough. I really appreciated the no-hassle loaner car for the drive home. Vehicle was done earlier than expected. I will do business with Eric in the future.

Eric and the team at Precision are the best. I appreciate their honesty about necessary repairs, and trust them to help keep my car in good condition. My car was saying “Time for Regular Maintenance” so I asked them to check things out at the time of my oil change, (which they do anyway!) What a nice surprise that everything checked out fine. I’m quite certain a dealership would have found “something” to fix.

Knowledgeable on subaru transmissions had fluid changed better price than dealership also used oem ctv fluid instead of aftermarket, pleasantly surprised. Happy with the price and service.

Eric was great to work with. Customer service was A+. Needed an oil change on my MB as my regular mechanic has been booked out for months. I was able to get an appointment within a week. Convenient location in proximity to my home. Dropped off my car and picked it up after lunch for convenience. Service was less than an hour and saved me some money as well!
