I have been bringing my cars to Precision Import Repair for years. I won't go to anyone else. The guys are thorough. They let me know If something needs fixing, and tell me why.Also, if it needs to be done right away or can wait awhile. They are honest, don't try to sell you anything you don't need. They are polite, and respectful. You can't do any better than Precision Import Repair! Thanks for all the WONDERFUL service through the years!

Eric, the manager, was very helpful. The technicians were competent. They have gone extra miles for me many times. They didn't just fix the car but also advise on what to do with it. I appreciate their honesty the most. They wouldn't do anything if it is not necessary.

Had precision look at my 2005 VW passat TDI, I thought it was a bad cam seal but turned out to be some bad engineering on VW's part. Eric was very understanding as I had just dropped the car at his shop over the weekend and he knew nothing about it until Monday morning. Worked it into the schedule for me, unfortunately they could not repair the damage as it was pretty severe. Brought me into the shop to show me the damage and explain why it happened, very knowledgeable mechanics. Will definitely be using them in the future for any other repairs I need tho.

I've been with Precision Import for 11 years now, ever since moving back to this area. My experience has been very good. Eric and his team are professional, reliable, courteous, and no-nonsense. I appreciate the long standing relationship. Just had a tune up done and our 97 Camry is still humming along nicely at 202000 miles :))) In a nut shell, I would recommend them without hesitation!
