I have been a customer of Precision Import Repair for the last 2 years since moving back to Hillsboro. They have assisted me and my 1996 Toyota Tacoma on both a major and most recently a minor repair. Their most outstanding qualities are they diagnose the problem quickly, clearly communicate options and price, and proceed to efficiently repair.

Took the van in because we thought we heard a weird noise. They checked everything out and couldn’t find anything wrong. They didn’t charge us and didn’t try to get us to get anything else fixed. Trustworthy shop!

I really like the option to make your appt online. The Staff is very friendly and the service was quick and reasonably priced.

60,000 service was excellent: thorough, efficient at a fair cost. Precision has done all work on this car since brand new, and I expect they'll get it over 200k.

Quick and professional!

I went to Precision to get a second opinion on some mandatory maintenance that was suggested by my current dealer (won't name them here). However, Eric at Precision reviewed the maintenance schedules and confirmed much of it was not required for another 40-50k miles! Further, he also did a quick inspection of the vehicle and confirmed if any other maintenance work was needed. I was in an out in 45 minutes. Very professional service - I'm definitely going back there for any future work!

I have been with Precision Import for about 12 years now. Eric and his team have been taking good care of our car, performing excellent maintenance and repair as needed. Noone here has ever tried to sell me stuff I don't need which I appreciate greatly in this day and age. Our car is a 97 Camry, we've had her all this time, and she is still running smoothly. Eric is professional, reliable, steady, straight-forward and friendly. I would highly recommend Precision Import to anyone.
