The work was thorough, timely, and affordable.

With no appointment, I was able to get my truck in and have them diagnose exactly what the problem was. They were able to take care of the problem in a few hours and gave me a free loaner to get home.

These guys always do a good job and are reasonable with their shop charges. They may not have all the answers but they definitely try. They address my questions and are honest enough to tell me they don't know or cannot perform a task I seek, rather than blow smoke in my ears take the job and sublet it elsewhere. These guys may be one of the most honest teams in the business at least that has been my experience with them over these past couple years.

I've been going to Precision Import Repair for over 9 years now. I'm on my 4th car with them. They have been the best mechanics I've ever had. Hands down the best in town. They are courteous, fair, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and they know what they're doing! They won't try to sell you on unnecessary repairs, they will be honest and upfront with you about what your vehicle needs AND about what it DOESN'T need. Great people and great work. Will be going to them forever!

Reasonable prices as far as I can tell and always speedy service. Recently, I was short on money until next pay check and had to have my starter replaced. They got the job done quick and let me take my car without paying in full. Really appreciate the work and service at PIR!
