Eric and his crew have always taken good care of my old 1995 Isuzu Rodeo and I have to hold them responsible for it running so well that I cannot bring myself to replace it. And, unlike other places, I have never felt 'upsold' by anyone there feeding me paranoia and dubious 'needs'. Feeling cheated by others is what brought me to Precision the first time and their blatant honesty and the quality of their work is what keeps me coming back. Plus, Eric and I are both exMarines and I like doing business with someone as dumb as I am. Semper fi, Eric.

I like the fact the folks at Precision are through and honest. They found the problem and was able to fix it promptly. And if they going to have the car for any length time, if they can, they will offer a loner car. Great customer service.

Trust is all important and they have mine

For the first time in twelve years, I did not take my Toyota FJ Crusier into the dealership for servicing. The dealership no longer was providing reliable maintenance and repair. This was a first visit to Precision Import Repair chosen after careful research. Justin was courteous and knowledgeable. He provided a full accounting of the work done on my vehicle and details that needed to be noted for future maintenance.
