You guys are great, but this last time - a 3hr oil change is hard to plan around when I have to fit this in on a work day. There was more going on, I know... wrong filter in stock, sensor problem for a transmission flush attempt, but again - I have to plan for this. Dropping the car off would have been a better game plan.

Good Service. I am driving 20 minutes to this shop even I live at Beaverton, because this is the best place in Portland. 10 stars service.

Called to get an estimate and later that Day emailed me an invoice of what I could expect to pay. Day of service, even got a call that my battery should be replaced. Went to pay and invoice price was exact. Always friendly. So glad they now do all foreign and domestic. Will bring my Dodge in when service is due

Brought my car to fix squeaks. I was told the inspection can typically take an hour @108/hr but if it takes less they would charge only that. The mechanic was with me for a test drive. Took the car in and fixed it in about 20 minutes. He said a part seemed weak and sound could come back in a few days but nothing dangerous. He mentioned he could order replacements if I wished so.

We have been loyal customers for more than five years. Eric and his team serviced our 91 and 95 Nissan pick ups until their demises. We now bring in our Versa and have plans to continue with our new Rogue. We can always count on Precision for excellent work.
