Every time I have come on for Service I have been treated well and feel like a called Customer. I have been coming to Precision Imports for about 12 years. I have valued and trust them with my needs that i don't have time to do myself or maybe the skill. Have always been given a good price for the work received and parts have always been quality.

They were knowledgeable and did good work. I will use them again in the future.

I called around to a few shops to get an idea of cost because my car wasn't starting. I am currently a student so I was dreading the expense, a couple shops said it would be $100+ just to look at it. Then I found Precision and they said their diagnostics run $45. I got the car over to them and they were done in a few hours and said it was a quick fix and didn't charge me more. Their honesty is admirable and very rare these days from other shops I've come across. Eric gave me an idea of things my car needs in the future and I plan to go to them for everything my car needs moving forward. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Had a scary incident with my pickup wherein the accelerator stuck wide open. I got it under control and shortly after contacted Eric. I took the truck in and they were able to diagnose computer codes etc. I'm back in the truck [1/2 a day] and feel comfortable that it was most likely my fault I had the problem in the first place. Eric and his staff are tops! I go no where else for service and recommend them highly

Great service - fast and friendly.

I've had many import cars over the years and Precision is THE best shop. They are always fair, knowledgeable, do high quality work, and never try to upsell you on stuff you don't need. Great price on a simple oil change and got me out of there in 30 minutes. I highly recommend them!
