I was scheduled in the day I had available. I was driven home after dropping off my car then picked up when it was finished. This is the last new car I will ever buy so I put a lot of trust in Precision to keep my car running at it's best.

You always do good work. I've seldom had to wait more than a few minutes after my appt. time. It's great to have a tv to watch and free wi-fi. Also, coffee and sodas. You are always polite, respectful and never treat me as like I'm a ditz "because I'm a woman." And everyone laughs at my jokes. I always recommend you when I hear people talk about their cars.

I've been using Precision Import Repair for 10+ years and have always been very satisfied. Eric and his team are first rate. This last time I was in I needed to wait for my vehicle and they went out of their way to expedite the service so I did not have to wait any longer than necessary. Thanks!

I did have a problem with a computer which showed low level with the brake fluid and they checked it at the dealer where I bought the car and they said was ok. It was annoying to see the message pop all the time so I asked them what the cost would be to get rid of it. They said 120.00. I took it to precision and Adam put in a half a cup of fluid and problem solved with no charge. No wonder I have been going to them for many years.
