I have a new to me VW that needed a new battery. Yes, I could have had a friend do this for me, but it was recommended that batteries be professionally installed. Precision got me in quickly , inspected the car, then called me back with the quote , along with a service recommendation for the car engine. The end result is my car not only starts up, it’s running better. Their advice paid off for me, and I’ll return to PIR for my vehicles in the future. Tracey was super nice, and I even got a loaner car!

Other than there being something new popping up during my visit and then not informing me of the last new charge before arriving, it was a decent place to take a car too. Bottom line is if possible fix your car yourself!

As always my experience at Precision Import was exceptional. Tracy at the front desk was very helpful, and communicated well my service, costs, and expected time to complete the service. I was granted a loaner vehicle which permitted me to travel to work during business hours, and return for my car at the end of the day. 10/10 would visit again.
