I use Precision for my 2007 Nissan Frontier because the it’s generally easy to get an appointment, they are quick and accurate in all communication and work performed. Repairs are done correctly the first time and I feel they are an honest business.

Abouve and beyond on their end!!!. 100 percent satisfaction on my end. Excellent office personnel kept me Informed along the way. Would recommend to anyone with automotive Issues.

I have used Precision Import Repair Inc. in the past so I am somewhat familiar with them as a business. I find that they are very knowledgeable, thorough and reasonable in their repairs and evaulation of a vehicle's problems. They are also very transparent regarding necessary repairs and the whole process.

Great customer service

Pros: they provided me with the a loaner vehicle while they waited for the part. They also gave me some discounts which was applied to my total which helped a bit. Cons: I still paid way too much. Even with the discounts. I paid more than DOUBLE for the same service I would have gotten from Les Schwab to do my brakes. They said they use better parts but at double the price, it’s hard to believe. Just do your research and get price quotes ahead of time. I didn’t know the issue was just my brakes. Expensive lesson to learn. I should have known better when I was quoted $112 to replace my license plate lamp.

I've taken a few different vehicles to Precision. They always seem fair, honest, and do good work. They let me know beforehand what costs are gonna be and check before proceeding with the work. Tracy at the desk is always upbeat, friendly, and great to work with. There prices are fair and I've had an as good and usually better experience with them over most service departments at the dealerships. It's good to support local businesses in your community too.

Great service

I arrived on time. I waited for the car and it was done within a half hour I think. It was a redo job and it was handled very professionally. The trained staff took care of a parts problem and then it was installed to my satisfaction. There was nothing that they did wrong just to be clear. Great service!!
