They identified a major issue with the suspension. Provided a thorough estimate, which we accepted. Work was done and car was returned in clean shape. Timely and is operating great now. They kept us informed of the progress and we have been satisfied customers for probably 10 years and will return if and when we have future issues.

Had an excellent experience with this shop! Tracy at the front desk was very communicative and did not clear the technician to complete any repairs without my consent. She gave me no pushback when I declined a job. The technician diagnosed the issue and fixed it promptly without up-charging me or replacing things that werent needed.
