Good, quick service.

I've taken a few different vehicles to Precision. They always seem fair, honest, and do good work. They let me know beforehand what costs are gonna be and check before proceeding with the work. Tracy at the desk is always upbeat, friendly, and great to work with. There prices are fair and I've had an as good and usually better experience with them over most service departments at the dealerships. It's good to support local businesses in your community too.

Great service

I arrived on time. I waited for the car and it was done within a half hour I think. It was a redo job and it was handled very professionally. The trained staff took care of a parts problem and then it was installed to my satisfaction. There was nothing that they did wrong just to be clear. Great service!!

So appreciate the environment, friendliness, and great communication we enjoyed at Precision Import Repair. They made it incredibly convenient for us to get our DEQ testing completed. Then with the new DMV kiosks at the nearby Fred Meyer, what would have normally taken hours to complete was done in 45 minutes. Will definitely be back!
